From the vibrant landscapes of South Africa to the dynamic schools of Singapore, my journey in education has been shaped by a love of learning, a spirit of adventure, and a deep commitment to helping others grow. Inspired by my mother's dedication to teaching, I knew from an early age that education would be my path, starting with teddy bears as my first "students" and growing into classrooms, leadership teams, and coaching spaces around the world.
With over two decades of experience spanning seven countries (South Africa, England, Taiwan, Japan, Ecuador, Ghana, and Singapore), teaching and leadership roles in five international schools, and a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, my journey has been a testament to the transformative power of education. These experiences have given me a rich understanding of the global education landscape and the diverse needs of students, teachers, and leaders.
Much of my recent work has focused on supporting middle-level leaders, those who carry the weight of multiple expectations, juggle competing priorities, and are often the glue holding a school community together. As a former instructional coach and middle-level leader, I understand these roles' complexity and responsibility.
That's why I've dedicated this chapter of my career to coaching. Through 1:1 coaching, team facilitation, and leadership workshops, I offer a space for reflection, growth, and practical skill-building. My goal is to help leaders gain clarity, build confidence, and lead with purpose—so they can thrive in their roles and create lasting, positive impact in their schools.
